Soy milk is an all-natural, vegetarian drink made by steeping and pure grinding soybeans in water. Soy milk is primarily made from soybeans, which contain only small amounts of calcium. However, there are several varieties of soy milk that use other sources of calcium. These include rice milk and calcium carbonate. Furthermore, calcium can be added to smoothies or cereal by mixing it with fruit, yogurt, or a shake.
